Treatment and control of the following species of internal and external parasites: small brown stomach worm (Ostertagia ostertagi) including inhibited larvae, barber?s pole worm (Haemonchus placei), stomach hair worm (Trichostrongylus axei), black scour worm (T. colubriformis), T. longispicularis,* small intestinal worm (Cooperia oncophora), Cooperia spp., hookworm (Bunostomum phlebotomum*), nodule worm, (Oesophagostomum radiatum), roundworm (Toxocara vitulorum*), lungworm (Dictyocaulus viviparus), sucking lice (Linognathus vituli, Solenopotes capillatus, Haematopinus eurysternus), biting lice (Bovicola bovis), cattle tick (Rhipicephalus [Boophilus] microplus) and mange mites (Chorioptes bovis and Sarcoptes scabiei var. bovis [not present in Australia]). * = adults only.
Doramate provides sustained protection against re-infection with the following parasites for up to 21 days: Ostertagia ostertagi, Cooperia spp., Haemonchus placei, Oesophagostomum radiatum, Trichostrongylus axei and Bunostomum phlebotomum. It provides sustained protection against re-infection with Cooperia oncophora for up to 14 days and Dictyocaulus viviparus for up to 28 days. It prevents the development of viable cattle tick (Rhipicephalus [Boophilus] microplus) for 28 days following treatment.
Pigs. Treatment and control of the following species of internal and external parasites: red stomach worm (Hyostrongylus rubidus), large roundworm (Ascaris suum), intestinal threadworm (Strongyloides ransomi*), nodule worm (Oesophagostomum dentatum, Oesophagostomum quadrispinulatum), lungworm (Metastrongylus spp.), kidney worm (Stephanurus dentatus), sucking lice (Haematopinus suis) and mange mites (Sarcoptes scabiei var suis). * = adults only.
Doramate provides sustained protection against re-infection with Ascaris suum for at least seven days and against reinfestation with Sarcoptes scabiei var. suis for at least 18 days.
