Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter of the eMasterClass Competition Series is Troy Laboratories Australia Pty Ltd, 37 Glendenning Rd, Glendenning NSW 2761. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition series is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions is invalid.
2. Entry is open only to employees of a recognised Australian Veterinary Clinic. Employees of Troy Laboratories Australia Pty Ltd or any other animal health product manufacturer and their families are ineligible to enter.
3. The promotion commences at 8:00am (AEST) on June 1^st 2020 and closes at 5:00 p.m. (AEST) on December 31^st 2020 (“Promotional Period”) and consist of 5 separate competitions (”Competition Series”) which will be made available from time to time throughout the promotional period.
4. The eMasterClass Competition Series is by invitation only and participants may only enter once. Where a participant enters more than once, the first entry only will be entered into the competition. To be eligible, the participant must be a recognised contact in the Troy Animal Healthcare’s Customer Database. Participants must provide all required contact details and a work email address in order to receive email communication about the competition. Incomplete, incorrect or ineligible entries will not be accepted. Eligible entrants will receive an email link in order to participate and this email link can only be shared to people within the clinic who are a recognised contact in Troy Animal Healthcare’s Customer Database. When logged into the competition web page, eligible participants need to correctly answer all online questions to enter the free prize draw for that particular competition. Troy Laboratories Australia Pty Ltd decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Each competition within the series provides participants with the opportunity to win one (1) of three (3) individual prizes per state or territory for a total of fifteen (15) individual prizes per competition. Each prize will consist of one (1) $50 VISA voucher. The five (5) states or territories are: NSW/ACT, QLD, VIC/TAS, SA/NT and WA.
6. The prize draw will take place 30 working days after an individual competition in the series is made available at www.troylab.com.au and will be drawn at the Troy Laboratories Australia Pty Ltd office using a randomising program. Each state/territory will have three (3) individual winners drawn for a total of fifteen (15) individual prizes per competition during the promotional period, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
7. The total prize pool value is AU$3,750. If the prize is unavailable, Troy Laboratories Australia Pty Ltd, at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal value. Prizes are non-transferable or non-exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.
8. The winner will be notified via email or phone by a Troy Laboratories Australia Pty Ltd representative within fourteen (14) days of the prize draw and no later than Jan 15^th 2021. Winners will be published on the www.troylab.com.au from July 15^th 2020 to January 15^th 2021. All entries become the property of Troy Laboratories Australia Pty Ltd.
9. Troy Laboratories Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to request each winner to provide proof of identity, proof of residency and/or proof of entry validity. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit his/her prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
10. If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Troy Laboratories Australia Pty Ltd, Troy Laboratories Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant, or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the competition, as appropriate.
11. Troy Laboratories Australia Pty Ltd collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, discloses such information to third parties, including but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional upon providing this information. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the collection and use of personal information as set forth herein. Entrants should direct any request to access update or correct information to Troy Laboratories Australia Pty Ltd. Troy Laboratories Australia Pty Ltd will never sell your data to third parties.
